付款承诺

I understand that when I register for classes at esball官方网 or receive a service from the esball官方网, 我愿意承担全部的学费, 根据我的注册和/或接受服务而评估的费用和其他相关费用. I understand and acknowledge that if I drop or withdraw from some or all of the classes for which I register, I will be responsible for paying all or a portion of tuition and fees in accordance with the published 学费退还时间表依政策规定.

I have read the terms and conditions of the published tuition refund schedule and understand those terms are incorporated herein by reference. I further understand that my failure to attend class or receive a bill does not absolve me of my financial responsibility as described above.

计费方式

I understand that the esball官方网 uses electronic billing (e-bill) as its official billing method, and therefore I am responsible for viewing and paying my student account e-bill by the scheduled due date. I further understand that failure to review my e-bill does not constitute a valid reason for not paying my balance on time.

我理解行政管理, clerical or technical billing errors do not absolve me of my financial responsibility to pay the correct amount of tuition, 由于我的注册而评估的费用和其他相关的财务义务.

I understand that if I fail to pay my student account balance or any monies due and owed to esball官方网 by the scheduled due date, 我的学生账户将被冻结, 我将被禁止注册未来的课程, 请求记录, 或者拿到文凭.

滞纳金

I understand that if I fail to pay my student account balance or any monies due and owed to esball官方网 by the scheduled due date, I will be responsible for paying  late payment charges until my past due balance is fully resolved.

返回支付

I understand that if a payment made toward my student account is returned by the bank for any reason, I will be responsible for re-paying the original amount of the payment plus a returned payment fee of $50 per item. I understand that multiple returned payments and/or failure to comply may result in the cancellation of my classes and/or the suspension of my eligibility to register for future classes.

I understand that the esball官方网 uses e-mail as an official method of communication with me, and that I am expected to read and respond to e-mails which are sent to my esball官方网 电子邮件 address by College faculty and staff.

I understand that I am responsible for keeping my educational records up to date with my current physical addresses, 电子邮件地址, 还有电话号码. 因任何原因离开学院, it is my responsibility to provide updated contact information for purposes of continued communication, 包括关于任何到期和欠学院的金额的沟通.

金融援助

I understand that aid described as “anticipated” on my 金融援助 Award does not represent actual or guaranteed payment, but is an estimate of the aid I may receive if I meet all requirements stipulated by that aid program.

I understand that my 金融援助 Award is contingent upon my continued enrollment and attendance in each class upon which my financial aid eligibility was calculated. 如果我中途退课, I understand that my financial aid eligibility may decrease and some or all of the financial aid awarded to me may be revoked. I understand that it is my responsibility to meet with an Academic Advisor and consult with my 金融援助 Counselor before making enrollment changes that may adversely affect my financial aid eligibility.
